This Privacy Policy explains how Serkai Systems LLC ("Serkai," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit serkaihq.com or submit the systems audit request form.

When you submit the systems audit request form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, work email address, the ERP system you use, and a description of the operational bottleneck you're describing. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, customer data, or other sensitive information, and you should not include any in the form.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site at this time. Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may be retained by our hosting provider, Vercel, for operational and security purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information submitted through the systems audit form solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether Serkai's services are a fit for your organization. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service itself (for example, our hosting provider) or as required by law.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of prospective engagements. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@serkaihq.com.

Security

This site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical safeguards, including server-side input validation and rate limiting on the contact form, to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
